From January 12–16 we’ll meet live on Zoom each morning for a gentle 30-minute movement practice inspired by the 5 Elements. No equipment needed, just you, your breath, and a bit of space to move.
A simple way to wake up the body, ground your energy, and begin the day with clarity.
